01How are CSLB licenses verified?
Every CSLB number a sub provides is checked against the California Contractors State License Board database. We surface license status, classification, expiration, and bond status on the sub's profile and on every bid they submit. If anything lapses, the verified badge drops automatically.
02Do you take a cut of my jobs or bids?
No, ever. ListPaver is a flat monthly subscription. We don't take a percentage of jobs, bids, invoices, or payments. The price you see on the Build card is the price you pay — that's it.
03What if I already use QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online sync ships on Scale once Intuit approves the integration — it's built and live in sandbox today, just waiting on Intuit's review. Until then, every plan includes native invoicing (PDF + email) so you can keep sending invoices in ListPaver and entering them once into QBO. When the sync goes live, customers, invoices, and payments will push both ways automatically on Scale. QuickBooks Desktop won't be supported.
04Can my PM and bookkeeper get logins?
Yes. Build includes 3 team seats. Assign per-job permissions so your PM sees the field, your bookkeeper sees the money, and nobody steps on anybody's toes.
05What's the refund policy on the trial?
Trial is 90 days, free, no card required. There's nothing to refund — you only get charged after you choose to convert. If something goes wrong in your first 30 days on a paid plan after the trial, email us and we'll refund the month, no questions.
06What happens after the 90 days?
Two weeks before the trial ends we email you. You decide: add a card to keep Build, downgrade to Quick, or cancel. We won't charge a card you never gave us. Your data stays in your account either way.
