How does the 90-day free trial work?
First 100 users on Build or Scale get 90 days free, no credit card required. Quick is $9/mo from day one. After the trial, your card on file is charged the monthly rate — cancel any time before that and you owe nothing.
How do you verify California contractor licenses?
We check every CSLB number against the California Contractors State License Board database. Certificates of Insurance are uploaded, verified, and tracked for expiration. Trades only get the verified badge after both check out.
Do you charge per job or take a cut of the bid?
No. Flat monthly subscription — that’s it. ListPaver never takes a percentage of a job, a bid, or an invoice. The price you see is the price you pay.
What’s your refund policy?
If something goes wrong in your first 30 days on a paid plan, email us and we’ll refund the month, no questions. Full policy on the refunds page.
Do I need QuickBooks to send invoices?
No. Invoicing works on its own across every plan. QuickBooks Online sync is on the Scale roadmap — it ships once Intuit approves the integration. When it does, sent invoices flow into QBO automatically so your bookkeeper isn’t double-entering anything.
How do I get support?
